a fresh start

In Maine, spring's rebirth lies deep down under the ground.  March came in like a lion, and despite a brightening sun,  continues to roar through the days with cold winds and even the occasional snow squall.  There is still a solid pack of ice and snow covering most of my backyard.  I trust things are growing beneath the frozen surface.  While I wait (not so) patiently for the first early blooms, I've put out some colors of spring on my new glass palette.
